Refund policy

Every DRVVYN Sound piece is made to order. Please check the size guide and your selections before ordering.

Something isn’t right?

Email hello@drvvynsound.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage, printing errors, or incorrect items.

Please report issues within 7 days of delivery where possible. Return or refund requests must reach us within 180 days of delivery; the 7-day recommendation does not shorten that window. We’ll review your request and confirm the available resolution.

Change of mind & sizing

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for correctly supplied items, except where required by law. Damage caused by wear, washing, alteration, or misuse is not covered.

Approved returns & refunds

Contact us before shipping anything back. We’ll provide instructions and the return address. Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your payment provider determines when funds appear.

Cancellations & missing parcels

Email us immediately to request cancellation. Once production begins, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, contact us promptly after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
